New Growth Designs warrants that all products are manufactured to our exacting specifications and meticulous standards, thereby ensuring they meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Enduraleaf® Warranty
New Growth Designs® backs all Enduraleaf® branded materials with a class-leading 5-year limited warranty.

Enduraleaf® branded products incorporate patented, proprietary UV protection. If Enduraleaf® branded products exhibit significant material degradation or substantial color loss resulting from ultraviolet exposure during the applicable warranty period, New Growth Designs® will supply replacement material or the closest equivalent product.

*Enduraleaf® branded materials installed in areas subject to extreme UV exposure are covered by a 3-year limited warranty, rather than the standard 5-year term. These regions include, but are not limited to: Southwestern US, Middle East, Australia, and other geographic areas that experience extreme ultraviolet conditions.

Custom Fabrication
All custom-made artificial plants and trees are manufactured by New Growth Designs according to the approved project specifications. New Growth Designs warrants that all custom-made products will be manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, shape, dimensions, and overall appearance are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation or handling, misuse, damage occurring after delivery, exposure to conditions for which the product was not designed, or alterations or modifications made by parties other than New Growth Designs.

Warranty Limitations and Conditions
New Growth Designs® liability under any warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement material or the closest equivalent product. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from cleaning, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, physical damage, or other causes. Labor, removal, reinstallation, installation, and shipping costs are expressly excluded.
