New Growth Designs warrants that all products are manufactured to our exacting specifications and meticulous standards, thereby ensuring they meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Enduraleaf® 5-Year Limited Warranty
New Growth Designs® backs all Enduraleaf® branded materials with a class-leading 5-year limited warranty.

Enduraleaf® branded material has unique proprietary built-in UV protection. If the Enduraleaf® branded materials show evidence of significant color loss, or loss of color consistency in the first five years of use, New Growth Designs® will supply replacement material if available, or the closest equivalent product. New Growth Designs® liability is expressly limited to the material replacement. This warranty covers Enduraleaf® branded greenery only. This warranty does not cover damage from normal cleaning, or damage from misuse. This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or shipping costs. New Growth Designs® reserves the right to examine the product involved in a claim. Proof of original purchase is required.

Emberleaf® Inherent Fire Retardant
New Growth Designs warrants that Emberleaf® branded inherent fire retardant materials will maintain their fire retardant properties for the usable life of the product. This warranty does not apply to topical treatments such as spray-on or dipped product.
